Louis P. Lombardi II is a personal injury trial lawyer practicing since 1981. He has litigated a wide range of cases, including work-related injuries and deaths, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death.
For the first 10 years of his practice, Mr. Lombardi primarily represented the interests of insurance companies, self-insured entities and large corporate clients. Since 1991, he has represented only plaintiffs, concentrating on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. His prior experience defending against insurance claims helps him develop effective strategies in his current role of protecting the rights of individuals and maximizing their claims. Most recently, in May 2010, Mr. Lombardi presented a seminar at the Montgomery Bar Association on settlement of workers’ compensation cases and Medicare issues. Mr. Lombardi is planning a fall seminar that will be open to public.
Professional Leadership
For the past 13 years, Lou Lombardi has served as chairman of the workers’ compensation committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. He is highly regarded by peers, judges and insurance companies for his knowledge and professional integrity. He frequently prepares and presents seminars for attorneys on workers’ comp topics, as well as presentations to educate the public, medical providers and others in that industry. He is a member of two important trial lawyer organizations, the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

He also provides clients with copies of every document sent or received on their behalf so that they are fully informed about the progress of their case.
